Awesome sale on now for the 4.5 star luxury Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne.

Looking at prices 12 months ahead the typical price for a Queen Room is $199 including free cancellation.

Example 1 night stay Monday 14th Dec, currently $119.

  4 and 1/2 star or four and a half star, please see the stars image on the deal page and it will make sense straight away. As for why it's not 5 star that's a good question which I'm going to find out.

  Prices are for 2 guests. Max is 3 guests per room with a rollaway bed charge of $40. For 4 guests the Master Suite (70 sqm) is available for $284 on 12th Jan for example, which has one king bed and one sofa bed, you could also add a rollaway bed (+$40) to the Master Suite for 3 separate beds. The hotel is in CBD Melbourne at 630 Little Collins St.

  Hey all don't be fooled by the star rating, I've stayed here last year and the rooms where refurbed but still felt little outdated. nothing special. Just checkout the picture from TripAdvisor.

  I've stayed at Vibe Savoy Melbourne a couple times and it is a really nice hotel. Couldn't have been happier with my stay, but that was a couple years back. Amazing location. Awesome lobby too.

  Been 6-7 years since I have stayed at this hotel. It was a bargain at the time at $99 last minute. Look it's a great location, and a reasonable standard overall but I would rate it at 3.5 * at the time. 4.5 is a joke.

    Stars refer to the services and amenities available, not the condition of the room

    For example, one of the conditions for 4 star is 24/7 checkin counter, without that you can never be 4 star

  Regularly stay here for work, mainly for the super convenient location. Rooms aren't big or fancy and could most certainly do with some updating / a slap of paint, but the beds are comfy, in room climate control is great (makes up for being unable to open windows), meals in the bar are decent (and cheap during certain hours each day) and everything is at your doorstep. Perfect if you are only using it for a place to sleep (and heck, with so much around the area, you don't wanna sit in your room the whole time). Wouldn't recommend for a family stay though.
