    Yes it is. But can you trust me? ;P
    I've placed many orders with them over the years.
    The only negative is their packing material is less than ideal sometimes. You may get some damage on cardboard box sets, but the discs and plastic cases are usually fine.

    They're fine and they have some neat unique steelbooks, but don't expect Amazon level shipping times, packaging or customer service. I'm in the middle of a back and forth with the sales team at the moment regarding an order and it aint much fun.

    I used them once. They sent 2 packages, and one was missing. Notified them, and they re-sent the missing one straight away. The shipping cost was cheap, but took 2 to 3 weeks to arrive in Aus.

    Well it arrived today. Their packaging is horrible. The cardboard sleeve/holder that all three cases slip into is not in good shape. All corners are rounded and many of the sides have creases in the cardboard obviously from bouncing around in transit. Can't complain too much for the price I suppose but a little extra care with packaging would go a long way.

      Sounds pretty typical for Zavvi deliveries. Usually packaging is damaged in some way. Still, 99p for delivery!
