If you want to buy from someone you can actually ring in Australia and get your product in a day or two (not 10-20 days) buy from this website.

Some people may be interested in added security and quicker handling this time of the year

      • +4

your support is not worth $150.

you cheap wix made site is buggy as hell
your abn is not registered for gst either
        http://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?SearchText=49603…

double neg from me from a seller selling a $400+ item

        • -1

My supports and warranty may well be worth $100 to a consumer

You register for Gst when you project over 75k in sales, if I forecast that I would

          Thanks for all the negs!

        • What an explosive thread!

        • -5

Just a lot of haters brah

  • +1

Here we go….. The discount code might as well be f u board…. Lol

    • -1

      clever

      • Sorry mate… I can see this thread I is not going to end well….

        • I can't work out why? show me someone in Aus who is selling this product at a cheaper price?

        • +7

@Uboard: there's been a few similar threads before… If you are new to ozbargain you need to understand that the ozbargain community is quite a sophisticated bunch who are more cluey than the usual consumer… We have a strong price focus yet understand the value of local supplier provided they have an already proven record and priced only marginally more that direct import…

Unfortunately with the product you are selling, it's too easy to direct source and there is no one strong established brand that allow you to have such a high mark-up without being frown upon by the ozbargainites :)

        • @wippy:
'Sophisticated', LOL. That made me chuckle.

It's a nice way to describe society's stingiest community. :D

        • @wizzlesticks: lol… just trying to be politically correct lol

  • I dont know if anyone realises - these are actually illegal to ride on the road/foot path in many states…

(how many of these posts have we had recently??)

    • -2

Everyone knows this, it doesn't however stop the demand

      • fascinating - is there anywhere where we can go to see review of all these boards?

      • -1

Please do not promote illegal activities on OzBargain!!!!

        • you can legally use them on private property

        • @Uboard:

Then makes this less attractive to buy :(

        • But why neg over that? I don't make the law

        • +1

          @Uboard:\

Whats next, you are posting bargains for ecstasy with the same response?

        • yes because a segway is of equal evil to ecstasy

        • @Uboard:

You are promoting it… and no mention about road ban in your ad! Hence the neg!

Is that good enough for you?

Stop the neg on me also!

  • +4

Mobile number and gmail email address as contacts.

Reselling a chinese import as your own product

    Yeah, bad idea posting!

    • -2

You do realise most products do come from China, right?

      • +1

You do realise in the 'modern age' most people can buy direct from those sellers, right? Cutting you and your profit out of the equation

        • You do realise that some people may be interested in getting a product in a short space of time and with an Australian contact with experience. You can go direct for anything but some people still choose a middleman to make the purchase easier, did you go to straight to Japan or Germany when you bought your car?

        • @Uboard:

Wow your salesmanship stinks, your product is overpriced and can be bought elsewhere, your site has sketchy contact details.

Have a neg vote, which when combined with others, will prevent you from posting for a little while. Maybe in that time you can think of a better deal, or come back with a more mature attitude.

You might not realise that this site has a high search ranking on Google. Have fun with that.

        • @Uboard:

can i up vote you for your sassy attitude to comments? would hate to deal with you regarding a fault or an issue lol

        • +1

          ahahaa

  • Can't even use this on Melbourne footpaths. Fairly useless………….

    • i am not sure that is a reason to neg…

      • +3

everyone on this site is extremely bitter!

    • +1

      useless but still extremely fun

      • how can you have fun with something useless?

  • what is the point of using something like this when you can be fined by police for using a motor vehicle on a footpath?

    • use it on your own property?

      • Does the property come with the product?

  • Just in case someone actually does want one, much cheaper on ebay too.

    • everything is cheaper on ebay

      • If you think that: don't post anything on OzBargain.

There's a reason it's called OzBargain and not OzBestICanDoWhileStillMakingMoneyAndMySupportIsGreatTrustMeImNotJustImportingTheseThingsAndOnSellingThemAndHavingNoIdeaWhatToDoWhenThenGoWrong.

  • +1

    Cathy, is that you?

  • nice website

    • +1

      Thanks, that means a lot!

  • +1

Company appears to be a scam company based on what their reps are posting.

Negative from me and would recommend everyone avoid as they might get scammed or judging by the reps, they will probably come to your house, shoot you, steal your stuff, and say "I don't make the law" so its ok.

  • A rep with nasty attitude even before a sale is made, with limited contact information
Wouldn't count on someone like that to provide much after sales support, especially one trumpeted as worth at least $100 rofl

    • +1

You can find their contact information via looking up their ABN here

      https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landi…

Not very useful unless you live near the address listed.

      • I looked up that address on Google Maps. Looks like it doesn't exist. There's 19, 19B then 27. If it did exist it'd be on a corner but the corner houses addresses are for the other street.

There's an empty block that's on the cross street that's labeled "21" so it might be that too.

Either way I'm inclined to think samfisher is right - scam.

  • +2

Negged. Cheaper elsewhere. Rude seller. Product can't be used in public.

Further, with such sketchy contact details, it's hard to believe seller would still be around in the event of a problem down the road.

    • +1

I wonder if you realise the joke you made…
Down the road…these are illegal om the road
      Ha…
Oh dear… jokes are always better when you dont have to explain them.

  • These scooters are advertised in BigW catalogue this week for just under $400 pickup. And their after sales support actually exists.
