Buy 1 Get 1 Free @ Big W as well (from Boxing Day)

    • Bit confused… Buy 1 what and get 1 what free?

Edit: just spotted BOGOF Adrenalin $50 Gift Cards. Got it!

      • nvm

  • This was at woolworths a few weeks ago too, there is a very poor choice in SA, only about 6 things to do and most are helicopter rides

  • +4

Can we use multiple gift cards for purchase of a ride ?
Or is it just only one per ride?

    Thanks.

    • +3

      Interested to find out too…

    • Also interested

I called them when the Woolworths deal was on. I was told that you can use up to 10 gift cards online when booking if you have more (in my case 20) you need to call them to book.

I also confirmed there are no fees to redeem.

That was my experience, i suggest to call them to confirm. They were very helpful.

      • Thanks Cittris.

I just confirmed with them that yes, we can use multiple gift cards per booking.
Just one $4.5 will be charged per booking towards txn fee and not per gift card.

Awesome, meaning to take my nephews jet boating, so just saved $50.

  • But doesn't scoopon/ Groupon adds up cheaper than this?

  • +1

does transaction fee of $4.50 applies on above voucher while redeeming ?
http://www.adrenalin.com.au/terms/ says "A transaction fee of $4.50 will apply to each gift voucher"

    • +2

Geez thanks for pointing that out and that's ridiculous. A "fee" (a clawing back the value we promised you device more like) of almost 10% for an entirely electronic transaction.

    • I didn't pay a fee last time I used a voucher, but that was a while ago…

      • How about if you use the gift cards but they don't fully cover the deal you want. Can you pay for example the fee with a credit card? Never used them before. Thanks.

        • Yep, you'll be able to make up any remaining costs with other payment methods.

        • @ruvan: Thank you for your help. Much appreciated.

  • Thanks! Another present done and dusted!

  • Bought some… haven't got them in my inbox yet which seems weird.
    Cheers OP

    • by some you mean more than 2? did you buy online?

      • yes, under a couple of accounts

        • Wow, this is awesome. Was going to book a sky dive voucher ($329) as a present. After coupon code and cashrewards, would have been ~$285.

@ruvan / others - Given sky dive costs > $100, I could purchase 2 gift cards under my Target login, 2 under the wife's etc… And then stack them all when redeeming…? That would save me ~$150. At that price, I might go skydiving too!

And recipient email could be the same as long as purchasing under multiple Target accounts?

Sorry for the confused post, I just don't want to end up with a massive amount of unusable vouchers.

        • @ferrisb:
The stacking is what I'm hoping to do as cittris and syamcvaa2 said above, they've called them and stacking is allowed. Looks like a $4.5 fee will be charged just once per booking fee. Take me skydiving :P
          I plan on flying a helicopter :)

None of the vouchers have come in yet, it's been an hour

        • @ruvan:

Yeah, it seems to stack up (pardon the pun). Just wondering whether I need to go to the effort of using multiple recipient email addresses etc. Or am I over-thinking this?

        • @ferrisb:
I didn't do it, but I think it's a fair concern. I recommend looking into disposable email services like https://mailinator.com

        • +3

          @ruvan:

Actually, it allows you to buy 2 per TRANSACTION.

It then allows you to put together another transaction on the same account! Can confirm this worked and it has been processed (from Target's payment end).

So I'm going to buy most on the same Target account. Saves me creating / logging into multiple T accounts.

If they reverse the transaction, so be it. I could always get a refund….

Finally, all my stressing has actually added some value to the thread!

        • @ferrisb:
          Nice find!

  • Has anyone received their gift cards via email yet?

    • I only got 1 within 20 minutes. It was the only one I paid via CC. The rest I paid (under a few other accounts) were paid via Paypal. Haven't got those ones yet.

      • Yeah, I did all through paypal. Looks like it's those transactions then that are getting held up. Thanks

The Adrenaline Gift Cards look very tempting. The special was at Woolworths a couple of weeks ago so don't see why it is getting the upvotes.

But anyway as discussed on that deal last time reviews are very sketchy about this company.
    Just be weary.

I'm always tired at this time of year.

But Adrenalin have been around for ages, and I've done several different things with no problem.

      • Thanks for the feedback. The reviews online just aren't that good but maybe there is a majority of people that have good experiences.

  • Giftcard received instantly when paid by CC. Paypal payment is still in progress after 3hrs.

    • I did PayPal and received instantly.

    • Paid for mine (got quite a few), none delivered after 45 minutes yet :(

      • +2

Called Target and they said they're having some issues with the giftcards. ETA tmr =/

      • All mine arrived today (8 of them :) )

  • Would you think it would work to geta half price sky dive. I know it says 2 per person but i rang and they said you can use as many as you like.

    • +1

Coupon was applied automatically for me…

      • You're referring to the $15 off, right? (15FINAL)

Just click Remove and apply SHARE30 for $30 off instead.

        • +1

My spend was only enough for the $15 but it was automatic, so I assumed it would apply the $30 one if I had spent more.

        • @GordonR: Misunderstanding from my end :) The pack I was after is $259 skydiving - $15 was auto applied.

  • Have people who purchased these received an email? Many hours later, using a credit card i haven't. I was under the impression they send it to you by email automatically. Hmm..

    • +1

Purchased mine at 4:30 bne time. Paid via PayPal, no email yet

    • Still waiting on mine too, also purchased with credit card (now about 24 hours ago).

Edit: Called support, apparently there was an IT issue, and they're working on the backlog now. Orders should come through late today/tonight.

As mentioned in the previous comments, yes it was available at Woolworths, ended last Tuesday 15th. Simpler and better deal than this I reckon, buy one $50 get one $50 free, with physical cards, although end result is the same.

I went around Sydney town hall woollies and bought 6 in total, went through different areas in the town hall woollies, hard to track down those cards.
But then I went to some local woollies, there were plenty available, and bought couple more. (Ok maybe more than a couple)

I have already used 7.x cards, the 8th card has credit remaining. I made one booking online, and one over the phone. I wasn't charged booking fee, even though it showed booking fee at the checkout.
1/2 price for an experience is totally worth it I think, especially if there's something you've been wanting to do, but hesitated due to cost.

    • " Simpler and better deal than this I reckon, buy one $50 get one $50 free, with physical cards, although end result is the same."

I always find that the best deals for me are the ones that are still available when I want to use them…..

  • I purchased a few at 11:50pm and received the vouchers almost instantly.

  • I have purchased $150 in credit but when trying to stack the gift card with SHARE30 it is rejected and says: You cannot use a promo code with your chosen payment type.

It seems as though you cant apply both a gift card purchase AND apply the SHARE30 code. Is anyone else having this issue?! Any response would be much appreciated!

    • +1

Worked for me. Used $150 gift voucher for $130 purchase (after $30 discount).

      • Appreciate the reply! Ill try again. When did you buy your experience? Maybe theyve updated their site?

        • 8:20am this morning. Try clearing your cache and try again?

        • @Amie: Tried again but no luck :( It wont seem to apply SHARE30 or 15FINAL - Cleared history/cookies etc…

Has anyone else had luck with this?

T&C of $15OFF: (Receive $15 OFF when you spend $79 or more in one transaction. Simply enter the promo code 15FINAL at checkout. Limit of one promo code per purchaser per transaction. Not valid for Gift Voucher redemptions, iFLY Indoor Skydiving products or in conjunction with the $250 Gift Voucher promotion.)

I just actually rang them personally 1300 791 793 to confirm - They said "You cannot apply the SHARE30 or 15FINAL using a Giftcard or Gift Voucher code online, it wont go through." So looks like you can't stack the SHARE30 or 15FINAL with a giftcard purchase.

Maybe you could've yesterday but they've since tightened up this loophole :( That's $30 more for what I was looking at purchasing.

        • @rawm:

Could you try leaving some amount to be paid in cash, after the gift card, then use the coupon?

        • @Spackbace: Hey - tried that and it seemed to work (applied codes then selected PayPal balance) and then was asked to pay the new MINUS $30 balance on PayPal.

Got an SMS almost immediately and had to call Adrenalin back and then was told my order DIDNT go through and I need to pay them the $30 SHARE30 balance before the experience was valid. Reluctantly I paid…

Here's the deal though. So all up $124.50 for this: http://www.adrenalin.com.au/helicopter-30-min-flight/vic-mel…

        • @rawm: Exactly the same situation… Received a PayPal invoice of $30, called and we advised "can't stack promo code with EGift card redemption". Should have bought 5th $50 card if I had known..

        • @azvc: Yep - ah well, doesn't break the bank but $30 would've been nice. Thanks for letting me know it wasn't just me!

  • Have just received my vouchers via email

  • I got all of mine in bulk at around 10am.

    • same

  • i Hope we can use their codes on gift cards, i just did a price comparison and experienceoz, is so much more cheaper and flexible, they also do family passes
