          not so much me, but my 17yo son bought the tickets when they were first released, months before. It was good fun.

          If you had only been there, the place was packed in the foyer and screens with all types dressed up to watch the movie, stormtrooper DJs playing away .
          You would have sold a ton of them, or at least a great demo and handed out cards to your site.

        why is the hilt guard so high up

        makes it look like a white kendo sword

        also any chance of being able to run a strip of LEDs down the centre of the tube?

          We have actually moved it down about 5cm already. The hilt does slide with a bit of force so you could easily cut of some of the grip and slide it down as much as you like. It balances nicely now though.
          LED up the length is not something we can offer. Cheers

          @jason3w: Oh, you make them completely from scratch? You should swap the LED for a Cree or similar, put some semitransparent lining in the tube, and it'll be a hell of a lot brighter.
