    With the latest iOS 9.2 update this now works with iPhone 5 and above (previously only worked on iPads). There is now a newer model of this dongle that supports USB 3.0 speed on the iPad Pro and USB 2.0 speed on other devices. However that costs $45 AUD RRP.

    Thanks OP! There were about 5 or so at Aspley (Brisbane) earlier this morning, marked at full RRP but scanned at $25. The lady at the counter said that whatever price was online would be the price.

    picked up one of these for $25, note this will only import photos if the structure on the card is DCIM > xxxxxxxx.xxx

    ie. filenames are 8 chars then file extension
