I am a bit confused as they all have HR tracker. I know one of them comes with a chest strap. Anyway, I think the $154 is a good value if you can use $25 voucher.
Good price for the bundle but the new Vivosmart with built in HR monitor is a better device. It's also more expensive though, around 220 is the cheapest I've seen.
