I can't seem to find $874 from Perth to Maldives.. How do you use the search to find the cheapest flight during a time frame?
price accom before your book your flight. Its a bit of a tourist only destination so prices can be insane
How is this compare to Airasia? (besides comparing it as a budget airline)
Good price, but the 1 day layover at Abu Dhabi on the return to Sydney isn't very appealing.
You can pay about $100 more and reduce that a bit.
Another cheap way to visit Male,
Sydney/Mel/Perth - Kochi (india) - airasia flight cost usually $450 - $550 return.
Kochi - Male by www.spicejet.com $250 return their normal price for this route.it is separate itinerary so leave bit extra gap between flight is advisable.
Saving a few hundred will mean nothing once you pay for accommodation and meals lol
Having said that, best trip ever.
