      On Xbox, go to Redeem Code in the store. Otherwise, use your browser and go to the Xbox website, and go through your account settings to Redeem Code.

      you can play on the web app - http://www.easports.com/fifa/ultimate-team/web-app, but you have to have played fifa 16 on the disc first. You can get a friend to sign in for you and start up FIFA and you can play.

      Yes - it's essentially some free DLC for the game. Not the full game.
