      iirc i remember reading pick up from silverwater only, but dont quote me on it, but im pretty sure it listed teh pick up location on the website, which lead me to assume that it was a pick up only so i never bothered to register and get a freebie ill never use

          I'm happy to remove the neg once the rep clarifies this. But as it stands, it just doesn't add up…

          Mostly the “Reserve your order online, please.” from the rep. If it really was as per the title, then that line needs to be deleted or changed to "Order online, please." Because "Reserve" screams out to me pickup only, as confirmed by yeohkt who was presumably able to check before the site crashed.

          Lets see what the rep says.

            I'm not sure how there's any ambiguity surrounding that?

            And if that's not enough:

      I've been to their warehouse a few times to snap up some goodies and haven't had any problems. The address is fine, but they don't use the name Ozstock on their warehouse tho… that's probably why you missed them.

        Strange… been to their warehouse too and had no issues finding it. Maybe this says more about 'prankster' than Ozstock. On the same token I just remembered that I couldn't find the domestic airport exit once… must have driven straight past it. Is that dodgy too? Let's never fly again… ;) lol
