  • Ha, is this the Coles response to the Woolies Weight Watchers fries. Good, I may get some of these.

BTW, is $25 for 4 litres of Moro Spanish Olive Oil good? (Down from $50.) I saw that in the Chatswood Westfield Coles. No idea if this is all over, or just that store.

  • All Chips are cheap not just the fries (in SA).

  • Aldi standard price $1.99 a kilo. No need to get excited about offers like this nor get ripped off the rest of the time. Shop in Aldi - - it's a no-brainer.

Yes, sometimes you may prefer another brand for some products, but generally speaking, Aldi products are good (see reviews of meat pies, for example.) They don't want you to reject their 'no thrills' brand in order to make higher prices on 'premium' brands. Aldi sell the best products they can get their hands on given their budget.

    • I agree

But if you want "mums cut" whatever that is, you have to get this brand.

Otherwise for crinkle cut and straight cut you can go to Aldi.

  • bought a few yesterday, had heaps left of each type.
also next to it were bulla splits at half price too.
