BRISBANE ARE 100% OUT OF STOCK! just had them call and advise the online stock check was wrong. they've check every brisbane store and all are out of stock.
I'm in North Brisbane and got two. Another 6 sitting on the shelf as well.
which store? …the guy in Wooloongabba store said he checked with "every" brisbane store and noone had any in stock.

What makes an IPA glass special?
it's just the preferred glass for IPA drinkers …same as asking whats special about a brandy glass or a pint glass …it's just the glass that the people who drink that prefer to drink out of. not sure if there is any science behind the curves of the glass help the IPA at all.

The theory is that the ribs at the bottom of the glass disturb the CO2 out of suspension and they rise through the beer allowing for more hop aroma to be released. The narrow top of the glass concentrates the hop aroma into your nose and palate.
The Spiegelaus are good things :)
Doesn't seem to be much stock available. Getting Out Of Stock for most of the VIC stores near me. Available for delivery though of course (which outweighs the saving).
found the same in Brisbane luckily my local had 1 in stock but others around here are out of stock
Good price if you want the glassware, best you'll get the Spiegelau is ~$15 each (but they come in 2 packs)

these will have been brought in for the xmas period when they have heaps of "gift packs", not likely to be restocked
Got the last one from my local. I was eyeing it off before Christmas and there were a few, but as above mentioned probably most cleared out for gifts.

the beers alone if you bought all 3 would be $17-18 ….the IPA glass would be worth about $10-15 …so yes for people who like IPA's and sierra nevada this is a great price
Fun fact: The hops plant is the closest relative of hemp (Cannabis. Sp). As well as giving beer a refreshing citrus-like flavour, it can also be used to make linen.
FYI: they seem to have plenty of stock in Gold Coast. managed to get one from the Oxenford store but they have stock in the Bigerra waters store as well :)heading down the Coast on the weekend so its' a win/win :D
These Speigelaus are my favourite beer glasses. Even at $30 for two RRP they are a great buy imo, so this deal is decent if you want to try one. They're pretty weird looking, but are fantastic glasses.
