Seems less convenient to me. Everyone needs groceries from time to time, so throw the condoms in with that. I'm sure they can be included in online orders if you do your groceries that way? That or a petrol station for anyone that drive and likely has to get petrol at least once a fortnight.
If you need more than three then you have to run out and buy more anyway.
Maybe the other packs present some better value.

*Coles - $7.70 for 12pk (not on weekly specials either)
*My Chemist - $7 for 12pk (not on weekly specials either)
*Chemist Warehouse - $6.70 for 12pk (not on weekly specials either)…and gonna stop searching there.
Not everyone has room to store a dozen condoms, so for those people, 3 a month might be quite convenient.
