Frequently asked questions
Why are your prices so low? Is this a scam?

This is definitely not a scam! We're selling VPN accounts at below cost to gain new customers. The lost is built into our marketing plan. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.

Do you offer a lifetime plan?

Unfortunately a lifetime subscription model is an unsustainable business model for us. Instead, we've priced our 2 year VPN plan ($1.25 a month!) to be competitive with lifetime VPN promotions.

Will you raise my prices after the promotional period?

Nope! Your pricing stays the same as long as you remain an active FrostVPN customer.

Will you offer more VPN servers?

Yes! Our plan is to continuously add VPN servers to our service. All existing customers will receive access to our new VPN servers for free.

Will you offer SmartDNS or Proxy services?

Yes! We're in the process of developing our SmartDNS and Proxy services. We will be began beta testing our Proxy services in Q1 2016 and our SmartDNS in Q2 2016. All current customers will receive access to our SmartDNS and Proxy services for free.

Do you offer a easy to use VPN client?

Yes, we provide an easy to use Windows VPN client for our customers. We're in the stages of developing a Mac, iOS and Android client.

I don't want to provide you with my information, is that possible?

Yes, if you pay by Bitcoin, you can enter whatever information you would like into our billing system.

Do you allow BitTorrent?

Yes, as of right now, we only allow the BitTorrent Protocol on our Amsterdam servers.

Will your servers slow down with due to too many users signing up during Black Friday?

We may experience a slowdown in our services servers if we gain more customers than we expect but we can resolve that within a few days by launching new servers in the overloaded locations. If you experience any slowdowns, please contact our support department and we'll take care of you!

  • Didn't you guys other a lifetime subs before to get users?, or that some one else?..

Dont see anything about logs, before i check your site, do you keep / store any logs of any type?

    • No we didn't offer any lifetime subscription, it doesn't make sense financially. Here is our logging policy, https://www.frostvpn.com/clients/terms-of-service.htm#aup . We don't log your activities.

      • Then why have it in the terms of service?

And no logging?, found under the privacy policy you do see 'VPN Logging' 'We do however record the following data: - time, date and location VPN connection was made. - bandwidth consumed during the connection - duration of the VPN connection'.

Look promising till i read that, sticking to my other VPN.

  • interested in customer feedback on speeds and stability before jumping on board or lauding how good a deal this is.
