          I bought cables on two separate occasions with car chargers. Both original cables failed within a month.

          I'm really struggling to find good cables. Even the popular tikbro ones often featured here are pretty crap considering my original note 4 Samsung cable is still working fine 1.5 years later.

          Surely this is a solid/multi strand issue.

      Gold ones are replacing the original so they should work better.

      So far the 6ft ones in the original batch seem to have a couple of bad ones , but the other sizes and gold ones seem to be fine.

        Actually, of the various length Tronsmart cables purchased in August, the 6ft ones experienced failure with the retainer in the mini USB plug. Granted we used the 6ft ones first, but the 3ft ones were also suffering the issue to a lesser extent so I've reverted to the old HTC genuine cables so haven't seen a lot of 3ft faulty. I'm unsure if it's mainly been experienced on the 6ft ones because you are more likely to be using the device while connected, whereas shorter lengths don't get the additional stress.

        If anyone else has got the package please let us all know that there is a micro-usb charging cable included.

        Mine has NONE. Many emails exchanged and now I think that I have to live with it. "Rachael" the rep pointed out several times that the description does not say that the micro-usb charging cable is included. "Clear" stated himself that he is not a Rep.

        I wonder if I should escalate the claim with PayPal base only on the statement from Clear.

          My description lists most of the compatible phones. It's mosty Snapdragon processors but Samsung have the technology in some of their processors officially licensed by Qualcomm.

          Quick charge chargers have been popular in some of the past deals here, here and here. Thousands have been sold to a lot of people through Ozbargain.

          There is no AU version of the wall chargers either, so it'll be sticking a fair bit and has the potential to fall. If you're using a powerboard it might not be much a problem. If you still want to proceed I can arrange a coupon for one of them here

          I sent Tronsmart an email about them making one of those dual USB wall chargers with either an AU plug, rotating US pins, or a simply C7/C8 connector that would allow the end user to plug in a lead of their choice. Hopefully it happens in the future!

    Until I opened the package.

    The Tronsmart Titan 90W 5 Ports USB Desktop Charger Station box did not have the cable and the mannual as described in the listing.

          I sent it and got a reply today saying that the could see the charging cable! Of course there is the "8 type" US plug cable with the charger, but what was missing is the micro-usb charging cable!

          If I did not buy the 5-cable box, would you expect your customer to use a normal micro-usb charging cable with this charger?

      I base it off the exchange rate which may have changed since posting a week ago. The exchange rate on GB can sometimes be out of whack too. A lot of people use CCs like 28 Degrees or Citibank as they don't have currency conversion fees like Paypal does.

    Purchased this charger just now @ 55.49 AUD with free TNT shipping. I Already have the 5 port charger with 1 QC port. Great product. Mainly an iphone user but I can see myself getting a QC Android phone in the future.
