Genuine Leatherman… dont see why not.

Retailer is about as good as you can get on EBay too! Over 6000 positive votes, and 7 negative votes…. in 12 months!

The Sidekick available for $128 direct from Leatherman… so basically equates to a free torch (pretty good brand too!). Dont know if value is over $200 for the lot, but it would be close. For the money seems like a good deal.

Edited: With carry case and carabina, looks like a good deal!

Giftbox combo (same as OP deal)- http://www.leatherman.com.au/products/leatherman/p7.2-sideki…

      Carabina- http://www.leatherman.com.au/products/leatherman/carabinerca…

      Sidekick only link- http://www.leatherman.com.au/products/leatherman/sidekick-ny…

You couldn't be more wrong. Leatherman are one of the best companies in the world for warranty. They really stand by their products and the 25 year warranty isn't just marketing BS- they will literally fix or replace any of their tools that have issues for 25 years.

      My own experiences:

-I was give one of the original model "PST" tools, and the knife blade and small screw driver were broken. I sent it in to Leatherman's Australian distributor (Zen Imports) and they replaced it with a brand new Rebar (nearest equivalent in production tool). The tool I sent in was at least 20 years old, I had no proof of purchase or anything like that.

-On a different occasion, I had purchased a Leatherman Wave from a US-based ebay seller. It developed a fault where the pliers wouldn't close properly. Sent it in, and it was fixed and returned to me within two weeks (despite having being purchased overseas).

      TL;DR Leatherman warranty is great.

If you're not happy why don't you go beat up Tim Leatherman himself. He looks like he could lose a fistfight easy - watch out for the weapons though :P
