    Omg I managed to get my item in cart. Apply code, but had to login#!! Ended up creating account 5 minutes ago and constantly getting kicked out. Was getting disappointed as above someone said DeathStalker chroma sold out. I went back in my cart, it's still there!! Just finalised payment got order confirmation.

    This looks like eBay 15% sale failure all over again.

    Accepted my discount code at 1:00pm, but 1 minute later out of stock when tried to proceed the order and validate the payment.

    Pathetic, Razer, pathetic.

    Not to mention that they also removed "back to school" bonus even if it was supposed to be still active (so misleading and false advertising, ACCC likes that).

      if i ever had an experience where the ACCC actually did something it would be worth be complaint to pull these companies in line but unfortunately it always feels like contacting the ACCC is a waste of time it's more the threat of contacting them that accomplishes anything.

    Disclaimer: My neg is in no way reflective of the OP and their efforts in posting the deal and their intent to make the ozB community aware of a good saving BUT completely to do with the fact that an item that was in stock at 12:59PM was out of stock by 1:01 PM while it was in my cart and being paid for.

      Well probably everyone also had what you wanted in their carts but managed to beat you at it before you get to the payment stage. OR once the sale code becomes valid, store instantly flipped the switch for all the items they want to out of stock.

    Waste my time. I added cart yesterday for Blackwidow Chroma. 3 minutes prior the sale, i added the code. Everything was ready. When the time on website finished, i applied code. Done. My Chrome added all information, next, credit card was added by Chrome again, click, verify my card, added number and placed order, but out of stock, within 15 seconds. Then i went back to add other items, all was out of stock.

    Bad exp about Razer sale.

      as stated above this is the reason for my neg, irrespective of how many people had the item ready for purchase in their cart, to not have sufficient stock to support more than 30-50 seconds worth of sales when they are fully aware by way of redemption of discount codes (razer ID site issuing unique code) and their consumer base they knew exactaly the kind of volume they should be expecting in sales makes this a neg on razer not the OP.

    Stock sold out within minutes if not seconds of the sale starting.
    Oh and those tech geniuses never even thought of adding additional server capacity.

    Went almost down the home stretch of getting the Razer Mamba and at the last page, "Out of stock" and it wasn't even 1:01 yet!

    Looked on Facebook and their excuse was "We can't help it if the media decides to report this event"

    You should be putting items in your cart 30 minutes before the sale, then once they activate codes just be sitting on the enter coupon button and spam apply coupon while the timer ticks down to zero seconds.

    Another bad experience for me, and yet again for these big discounts. I actually reached the store perfectly fine, picked an item which was in stock. The moment I hit Place my order, I get denied and told that there is no item in stock… Too bad they don't have any reservation periods (even for a few minutes) for you to pick an item and complete the order, much like EventCinemas and their Gold Class ticket purchasing.

    Oh well…
