Just got an email from amazon and did a little digging to find these watches at a great price:

There's three in this deal:

Gold case white face: http://www.amazon.com/Stuhrling-133-33352-Symphony-Automatic…
Silver case blue accents: http://www.amazon.com/Stuhrling-Original-133-33152%C2%A0-Exe…
Silver case black face: http://www.amazon.com/Stuhrling-Original-133-33151%C2%A0-Exe…

Best price on Camelcamelcamel ever: http://camelcamelcamel.com/Stuhrling-Original-133-33151-Exec…

Can read about them here: http://www.stuhrling.com/Mens/Legacy/133.33152.html

The brand Stuhrling isn't that crash hot, they've had a little trouble with QC in the first few years, and are often chastised for ripping off famous watches and misleading people about their origins (they're essentially chinese). But whatever, it's a cheap watch that looks cool. So it's pretty nice.

This deal expires at 7:00pm EST Saturday 16th January. Sorry for the short notice only got the email today.

  • Not for me, but nice.

  • A bit over a year ago i bought this Stuhrling Auto Skeleton watch from Amazon for about $80 USD on a lightning deal back then. Suffice to say it's still going strong and like the day i bought it. Stuhrling make great automatic watches for the price.

  • Case diameter 44 millimeters

    • Very big!

      • Very stylish! Good for going out in a trash club in white pants and black faux leather slip-on shoes.

  • Good looking watch with mixed reviews about the quality of its mechanics.

Guess you got what you pay for.

  • Mechanics are pretty shitty honestly, there are cheaper higher quality Seiko automatics, however if you want something flashy, then eh.

It's a Sturhling…so crappy. At least take a look at an Orient with an open heart design. They are much better quality and at least have some street cred and will last a very long time. Sturhling has zero cred and is aiming low.

    • +1 for Orient, they are owned by Seiko and use in-house movements. The bambino is a classic choice, or they have multiple open-heart options. Of course, they will cost a little more (I'd estimate you can get one of the model you like new for $150-200), but will almost certainly be more robust and reliable.

Then again, the watch posted in this deal is a distinctive type (full skeleton), and not many companies make them at this price point.. so if you want a full skeleton then you'll probably have to stick with sturhling or some other bottom-of-the-barrel brand.

      • Yeah, it's still a pig in lipstick.

Having this is like driving a car with the bonnet opened
