    Just spoke to them on the phone (13 33 30 if you need to call them) and was advised that a notification had been sent out to staff stating that the payment is experiencing delays and will be paid by mid to late next week (Friday) at the latest (sounds like what we were told about Tuesday…).

    The representative also confirmed that I was definitely eligible to receive the bonus.
    If it helps anyone, I put about $260 in the account upon opening and paid about $40 worth of $5 car parking fees using the card. I was told by another representative months ago when setting up online banking that I'd need to be using the account to receive it.

        A Visa debit card. I had to pick it up at a branch.

      I opened the account and deposited $300, but never used the card except to withdraw cash from their own ATMs.

      I don't think in the T&C we were supposed to preform transactions. The requirement was deposit a minimum of $250 into the account before 29 March 2016. So, I assume we all should be eligible even if you didn't receive a VISA debit card.

        I didn't think we needed to either. Just thought it'd be better to be on the safe side.
        AFAIK you should still be eligible, I've only been told that by one representative.

      It doesn't say anywhere in the T&Cs of the offer that you need to be using the account, so they can't hold you to that without breaching contract.

    I went in to St George Bank last Friday to ask about this. I was in store for around 20 mins while they made some phone calls without any success. They took my details and said they'll get back to me. As of today, I haven't heard back from them and haven't received the money.
