  Isn't GoodGuys $10 cheaper? Been watching all the Sony Android, waiting to pull the trigger … not sure what I am waiting for considering their previous obnoxious history of removing/disabling features from products when the Sony techs feel like :(
  My current Sony KDL-46HX820 (2011) is having major issue with anything > 720.

    geez I wish my local Bing Lee didn't close down!!! mind you I would be focused on the KD55X9000C … such a sucker for Sony tvs = huge love/hate relationship!

  Just bought this TV online & chose pick up through Bing Lee eBay with 20% PayPal discount = $1030 :)
  I should have chosen delivery as it was $40 plus 20% discount, but decided not to, but now I'm thinking I should have as I think you are Not suppose to lay a TV Flat!??
  I was THIS close to buying this from JB HI-FI yesterday as they dropped it from $1690 to $1280, but I said I will wait for a cheaper deal and thanks to OP, I saved myself an EXTRA $260!! Thank you.
  P.S: A friend of a friend works at JB and last week told me he can get me that TV for $1215 (which was supposedly below cost), now I got it even cheaper than that :)

    It's only plasma you have to transport upright. Led LCD is fine laying down
