  Just received a email not going to honor my stay.

  Today we have received a booking from you for arrival In January 2017 which has alerted us to a technical fault. The fault being that the rate quoted on your reservation was incorrect and cannot be honoured by us.
  Please check your booking and you will see that the rate is extremely low and incorrect. We are investigating how this occurred as its rare that this could happen.
  The action that is required is that you please cancel this booking and then re-book through the same way as you have to achieve the right rates. You can also contact me direct to update the booking.
