That link is for new cars under Toyota Service Advantage. OP's link is $159 for cars outside new car warranty, with $20 fuel included and Free Loan car for first 20 who book.
Good deal if you have a 3+ year old Toyota in WA.
Just be aware that they may find something else that may need "fixing". Typical areas of interest include brakes, brake disc machining, drive shafts, leaking radiators, etc.
Good price for a oil change at a dealer.
But will they stamp the book for you?
