Picked up one today and there were a few still available at Costco Ringwood.

$589.99 to be exact.

    i rang costco moorabbin.. the lady said there is no stock and it's not on special. i said on the internet it said it was on special.. and she said "i apologise for that, but there is no stock and not on special"

          In my case yes because our costco has petrol station too. 15cents saving per litre more than pays for the membership.

    Best price I have seen so far! I bought one unit 2 months ago on The Good Guys 20% eBay sales for $720.00 and thought that was a bargain. The OP is very responsive and the pic quality is stunning, some people may thing it's too vivid tho. But definitely worth the money with no regret.

      I find that the tv takes at least 30 seconds to warm up when u turn it on before the remote control works. Quite annoying

    I believe I was the last person to get one of these from the North Lakes store in Queensland. While waiting at the checkout with the person from the TV area, I was told that the price was a mistake by their head office. Luckily I got one on a trolley before they were told to take that price down!

    It's apparently a 'pricing error'. Sign removed from Canberra, staff refused to honour the price.

    Picked up the last one from Crossroads this afternoon. Staff changed the pricing ticket just before I got there but eventually they honoured the rebate.

          Full price is just whatever the price before the instant rebate is, so $1,099.99. So, no bargain.

          Cheapest it's been posted on OzBargain that I could see was at $1388 couple of days ago, but got 29+ votes when it was $1456 in October 2015. Alright price, nothing compared to the 48" price error though!

      Can confirm that Canberra Costco price is back to original price of $1099.99. There was 9 or 10 including the display model available though no sign of the cheaper price tag. I got one just before Christmas for $720 from TGG and was stoked with that price. $590 is ridiculous price for this tv.

    I visited Moorabbin today, 30 Jan 2016. A staff member & her supervisor claimed it was a price error happened two days ago. It lead to under cost sale, blah blah blah.

    In short, no more special and they won't honor it.
