Bestway Queen Size Air Bed $39.50 + Delivery @ OO.com.au

150

Shipping to Melbourne Metro for one is currently $7.97 (half price shipping) not sure about other locations

If you spend $50+, get $10 off by going to oo.com.au using private/incognito mode on your browser, and you should get a pop up with the offer, enter an email address not already signed up with oo, and voucher will be automatically applied to cart: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/165762 tested this a few moments ago and it still works

For example, buy two air beds ($39.50 x 2) = $79
Less $10 = $69
Plus shipping for two beds (say to Melbourne metro) = $13.95
Total for 2 beds = $82.95
Bringing it to $41.48 per bed

Some people MAY have received a code for free shipping from oo yesterday which could bring total cost further down - check your email.

NOTE: I just realised that for those only buying one bed and not getting the half price shipping like the one in place for Melbourne Metro, you might save a few dollars on shipping by buying what looks like the same item at the same price on offer here http://www.dealsdirect.com.au/bestway-queen-size-premium-air-bed-sturdy-pre-tested-vinyl-built-in-pillow-infla/

  • Air beds are terribly uncomfortable if you've never had the misfortune of sleeping on one. I'd go with a self inflating camping mat if possible

We have a different model to this one and they are extremely comfortable to sleep on.

      Different strokes for different folks

      • I have an Intex one the specs of which are very similar to this bestway one - I don't find it uncomfortable and have used in three weeks continuously once when I had visitors. Reviews for the bestway ones appear to be quite positive too.

      • Fair enough

  • How is it that I am getting a delivery cost of $27.91 for 2 of these beds and I am in Sydney??

I am quite sure oo are based in Sydney

    • :( sorry to hear, I'm in Melbourne and can see the cheaper shipping option. Is it showing a pickup option for you at all after you enter in address details? Or maybe consider getting it from the deals direct website, I think they have 10% off orders $50+ which won't be as good as the $10 off at oo if you're buying two beds, but may work out better for you overall if you can save on shipping

      • No, it is not showing a pick up option, but the strange thing is, it's quoting me a delivery charge even before I put in the delivery destination.

There is no way it can be double that of Melbourne, could it??

Unfortunately I am overseas at the moment [which could be the reason for the quote, it may be picking up my IP], and find this deal a very good deal and I want to get a couple of these at that price, and was hoping to get them for what you got them for.

I may get a family member to try and place this order and see what delivery price they are charged.

        • I can see it's half price shipping to Sydney metro too, hope your family member was able to put through the order with the reduced delivery price!

I bought this one when it came up months ago. (I think it was this one) People who use it say it's much more comfortable than expected. The built in pump means you can adjust the firmness etc very quickly to suit your guests. It is a bargain.

Could you pls confirm if it comes with built in air pump ??

39.50 is the normal price on GraysOnline http://www.graysonline.com/retail/ou67403/outdoor-living/bes…

    • double the delivery price though.

  • The shipping is only half price when you check out. It shows up as full shipping price in cart for some reason.
