  False advertising. I dragged my hard drive around by the cable and dropped it off my bookshelf - about 1.5 meters to a tile floor. It stopped working. I tried to take it back but they said I had misused it.

Good luck getting it this year - I ordered an Elite controller off them last year, and eventually got refunded after being lied to multiple times via email regarding delivery (when they bothered replying). Wouldn't go near them again for anything.
