Noticed selected Amiibo on clearance at Kmart.

Picture taken at Kmart Waratah (24 hour).

Amiibo observed were $4. I've seen the tags at other Kmart's as well however sold out.

      Seems to be just enough stock to qualify for a deal, but I would put it as Kmart Waratah in the title, haven't seen any Amiibo for $4 at any local Kmarts since they dropped.

    EXTREMELY limited stock, the 2 stores near me have very few of the $4 amiibos and none had yarn yoshis.

    Vooks announced this last week actually. Went right away but my closest K-Mart (Frankston) had none.

    So, good luck to anyone only finding out about the deal now. Was pretty disappointed myself.

    Well apparently some kmart stores are selling "select" amiibo for $2.50. I'm really surprised they don't sell quick at $4 and are on the shelf long enough to get to $2.50

    The Kmart I go to had them for $5.

    All sold out.

    So, good luck finding a store with stock.

    Why the heck do people love these things so much? Seriously man all the hate DLC gets from all publishers but than Nintendo sells you DLC in cheap plastic toys and it's the greatest thing ever???? Will never understand this.

      Have you owned one before?

      Do you have a Nintendo Wii U or 3DS?

      The build quality is good, and they're not 'cheap'.

      You can buy one and use it in over 45 games to unlock content.

      I got them because I love the look of the figurines, the DLC part is a bonus. Since I own the majority of those games, it's a lot of fun! Publishers sell you one costume for your in-game character for $2.95, that's how Nintendo is different. I don't like the Smash DLC prices, but they're do it better than most companies.

      Not sure how hard that is to understand???

      To be honest, I think people don't see it as "DLC" because it's a physical product; people like to have something to show for their purchases, especially when they're paying for something extra within a product they already paid for and own. $10 amiibo that will give me an extra boost/character/stage/enhance the gameplay? Sure! $35 for a digital costume, armour, and sword? Nah.

    Just got back from the Campbellfield store in VIC and picked up the following for $2.50 each!

    Inkling Boy (Splatoon)
    Inkling Girl (Splatoon)
    Pac-man

    All the other characters they had in stock (such as Mario, Dr. Mario, Yoshi, Toad, Bowser & Peach) scanned at $15.
    No sign of any yellow discount tickets on shelf, just had to scan and hope for the best.
    Sorry guys, I picked up the last of the $2.50 characters however I'm guessing the others will go on clearance sometime soon.

    Hi guys amiibo collector here

    As far as I know Kmart are getting out of amiibos which explains these insane prices

    Pretty sure haven't been and wont be restocking newer amiibos same as how they got out of Wii u games

    PS has any1 out there got a dark edition bowser or donkey Kong.. Now that's some serious amiibo $$$

    Kmart Cannon Hill had some $6 Yoshi, but none others. Wynnum West had some $4 tags but were all sold out.

    Rang around the metropolitan Adelaide Kmart stores, and they're all out of the $4 clearance amiibo. Firle has some of the $10 sale ones, but that's about it.
