Or don't bother with an idiotic book that lists secret number one as "sleep less". Well proven that you're less effective when not rested and that the long term effects on health are terrible.

It's easy for any young inexperienced idiot or deceptive guru to tell you they have the secrets to the universe. It's quite another thing to deliver. Try setting aside one hour each morning when you're getting up at 4am for work, or being disciplined with setting aside Sunday evening when you don't have a frazzled wife and crying baby to deal with. But hey at least you'll answer the phone with unnatural enthusiasm so that everyone makes fun of you. This isn't a success manual - it's how to become a caricature of a wannabe yuppie business man with heaps of ambition but no skills whatsoever.

Yeah it's pretty daft, hear all the time how important it is to get the proper amount of sleep. If I slept any less I'd be wrecked 95% of the time so I didn't read past those couple of words.

Is secret #1 to spam OzBargain?

Spam. Why pay when it's offered for free (comment above) why does an ebook need to be an app, to flog ads or charge a silly price.
And the Op first post was canned and was trying to sell it for 60cents. So now it's increased to 99cents.

why does an ebook need to be an app

Because if it's an app the marketing campaign can reach you when it wants by sending you a notification, unlike a PDF.

TIP 33: Become an committed audio tape listener.

Damn it, if only I hadn't tossed my Walkman away 20 years ago.
