    if you havent received a voucher yet and used a gmail id… give them a call on 1300 857 787 and they will send it across to an alternate non gmail address.

    • why would they not send to gmail? i used a yahoo and a gmail…

  • Spoke to them on the phone. They are aware of the issues and are preparing a response late today/early tomorrow.

    This is a terrible site. Lot of corporate clients use this. Including NAB, etc. The reputation of the clients go down when associating with these low level companies. Tech note to @atwork guys: Angular JS is good if u know how to use it. My child can do a better job than this.

      Yep charged $855 for no giftcard. They are working on it.

        • I follow the Homer SImpson laws of economics, the boss pays for my hour or so a day on OzB, thus any savings I make is in my pocket. Although I do give her tips so she thinks it benefits her :-)

  • I have used a gmail account and did not get the gift card. I have emailed them and I have received a response with the gift card few minutes ago.

    • Did you give them your order no.??

    • Same here! And I didn't get any order number

      • When you clicked pay, the top right hand side will show you a order number.

        • I guess its too late now as I had paid yesterday. So no way of going back to check this as no email yet.

  • called them up as i had a few that didnt go through .. the lady advised that they should all be resolved tomorrow so we should see the missing gift cards then. fingers crossed.

  • For anyone else still following, I checked my CC statement and there was a charge for $180 when I only bought the 1 egift card. I rang the 1300 number and the lady is going to send out another egift card.
