This is supposed to be a perk of the Good Guys Concierge Club but my gist card purchase went through without being asked for any such details.

Did you try to use the card. What tells you this is legit? They dont accept Paypal so I am a bit careful to give out my details…

  • Server Error
Attempt to log In failed; Missing customer.

EDIY: Worked on third refresh. Cheers OP!

Scary site, I ended up with someone elses purchase in my cart… Hello "Bin Liu"
    I'd stay away if I was you…

    • +2

Ye, me too. Not worth the hassle

    • +2

      So did i…..

Ugh i dont think ill continue

    • +5

Particularly when M/Card & Visa were the only payment options. No PayPal = stranger danger.

  • Doesn't work for me. Similar to the previous now unpublished deal.

    • yeah same for me, after that i entered private browsing and it worked. I didn't go through with a purchase due to the fact someone else's gmail account was showing on screen.

  • +1

I entered my credit card details and it won't let me proceed. Looks pretty dodgy.

    • I tried to do it again and I get the same error, however on first attempt I got the egift card.

Now I hope I dont get fraud charges.

    • +1

Judging by the above comments, guess someone else must've gotten your cc details and checked out lol

  • Got mine after 2nd try. Giftcard arrived quicker then the page loading to the 'order submitted' screen.

  • done and got mine! thanks OP

  • Offer valid to the first 1000 customers only. Limit of $100 per customer applies.

NOTE: Avoid using Gmail email addresses. Please ensure you enter the correct email address as we cannot provide a replacement or refund for any incorrectly entered email addresses.

  • Interesting, got my deal (published earlier) unpublished. Same thing

  • Weird this site is so unsecure..

    I see now

    esp*****[email protected] T*m

    I hide the email.

  • +2

Same for me. Pay attention guys it looks very dodgy. I managed to secure one but that's it. Same issue, seeing someone's else email in there.

  • +2

The site is too dodgy, I was going to proceed but the site does not look safe.

Not worth my credit card details to save a few dollars

  • Looks Dodgy….other people's details came up (like most are saying)

  • +1

    lol terrible web design

  • Wish Card T&C's
Yes, they can be used at any of the following stores.

  • +1

Can you check the balance online to see if the e Gift cards are legit?

  • Think it is dead now - out of stock. I'd just processed payment and said cart empty.

    • Me too.

    • Check your email.

  • +2

    Not trying

    • Not buying

      • Not having my card frying

        • Guess you're not lying

        • Not for the want of trying

  • Did anyone get $180 deducted from their card?

I only bought one voucher which should be $90.

    • Don't scare me… Just checked and was only charged $90.

    • IF you bought 2 it would be $190 not $180 because they only gave 5% off for purchases of more than 1

      • I added one and check my cart it was two in there, one for me, one for another random person.

You might have paid for that additional random person.

And yes the total amount is $180, each card is $90.

        • +4

sounds like you 'gifted' the gift card to some random stranger.
well they do say the best part of presents is the giving. so you've done well.

Just tried to order got hit with a $855 charge to my credit card for one giftcard and no card was delivered! Stay away!

    • Looks like people's orders are added to your CC, it is very poorly coded site.

    • Ouch, I only got charged $90 for 1 card. sorry to hear mate

  • +1

hm… tried to order earlier on and got no confirmation and no don't see any transactions on my CC. Hope it stays this way

  • After googling the entities and looking round the site (eg- sold out of Egift cards) not for me…. I guess one of the indicators will be if the cards they issue are recognised by the woolworths system.

    • I was one of the very early ones to get it, when it had like 2 votes, I checked mine and it is valid in the woolworths system.

    • Giftcards are from the everydaygiftcard website and balance also confirmed via the site

    • I got a valid one too…

  • -2

got 3 delivered straight away, thanks op.

    • How much did you pay?

      • did 3 separate transactions, 90 each… when i put 3 in 1 order it only gave 5% off not 10%

    • 1 per account, how can you get 3?

      • +2

Do it multiple times? The system is that bad that it allows it.

      • put name email and card same 3 times, ordering 1 card.

3 evouchers received instantly after each transaction

    • lol, someone posts a bargain, then someone from the community claims said bargain, then every negs comments when someone uses bargains….. great work oz bargain

Your search for "wishcards" returned "0" products - from "thegoodguys.com.au" Stay away this site!

  • Stay Away - just added 1 GC and entered CC details and saw another gift card has been added to my cart with different purchase details and it charged me $180… luckily I didn't press OK, now worrying about my CC details as I did enter all the information

    • in the same boat, panicked for a second there cos didn't receive email but wasn't charged!

  • Reminds me of Groupon's issuing of eGift Cards. Werent the cards all cancelled?

  • +1

Lol good guys must have employed an ex govt employee, no one can be so incompetent.

  • Just order one, waiting for confirmation email

    • +2

it better not be from my card… :P

      • Prepare for a full contingent of OzBargain bills

  • seems like they stopped the system … ordered 3 … charged for 2 .. only got 1 email… all to seperate email addresses.

  • +2

Weird site, it states Perks at Home at the top instead of "Perks at Work"

  • Looks WELL dodgy. OP, how did you come across this ?

  • Guys, now that there are less people in there, i managed to secure two more.
I don't think it's fixed, maybe there's less ozbargainers. Received my gift cards instantly and checked them online. All legit.
And i've been charged correctly as well.

  • +1

Only 5% now for some reason… I didn't bother after I saw this.

It is also still bugged. Someone used gmail:

    [email protected]

    • +1

      10% off for 1, 5% off for >1

    • Mate - you need to order 1 at a time. Changing the QTY to anything above 1 will make the cards at $95 each.

    • 1 card per transaction.

    • Ordering more than one makes it go to 5%.

    • It's only 10% for $100, it drops to 5% for amounts greater.
You should read previous comments and descriptions before posting.

      • +2

It wasn't in the T&Cs… In fact it's not even in the above post or the link.

Did you seriously think everyone is going to look through the 40+ comments above?

EDIT: Gave you a +1, someone negged you.

Seems like the site is up & running again. Suggest using IE browser rather than Google Chrome. Ordered 3 cards and confirmed payment on my Netbank showing 3 x $90 transactions. Received all 3 cards and confirmed the validity by visiting https://manage.everydaygiftcards.com.au/ and placing the card no & pin no.

    All the best folks !!

    • thats because it's only 1 ($100) per customer.

I got to the checkout, entered my details (inc CC), then click continue & it said cart empty

      • mine said the same thing…does that mean they have charged us? do we need to call them up?

        • Actually I just got the email with the ecard. So I guess I did buy it.
