    I would be wary of these offers from Flybuys as the bonus points don’t seem to come in for weeks…I had issues twice now and have had to chase up the points repeatedly

      Do you ever get the points "quickly"? I bought yesterday and transaction does not show on flybuys. Hope it shows up sometime soon as I forgot to take receipt.

        Bonus points from bunnings gc offer were correctly credited in the normal timeframe for coles - usually 2 days after

        Bought some ikea 2 days ago and points have shown up - but wrong amount. Got 219 points for $200 gc instead of expected 4000

      If you have OnePass you can use it with Flybuys for 5 x Flybuys points, or sometimes when they have a promotion it’s 10 x Flybuys points.

      The FreePoints website says:

      • There is a limit of 50,000 Flybuys points per Flybuys account for this deal.
      • Variable load gift cards are included in this deal.

          The points limit is applied on the Flybuys account, not on the Flybuys card.

          In your situation, the multiple Flybuys cards are on the same Flybuys account, which means you cannot use a different Flybuys card to get around the points limit on that account. This is something I have tested in past gift card deals at Coles. You need to use a Flybuys card linked to a separate Flybuys account to get around this limit.

    I purchased 5 x $100 TCN choice gift cards, I was only issued 95 bonus points (not 9,500).
    Now begins the painful process of dealing with flybuys support…

      Similar except instead of getting 19 bonus points per $100 of gc I only got 9.5

      As it sounds like everyone got the wrong amount of points I will wait a while and see if they fix it automatically

          I bought another $50 one on Saturday to test and I just checked my account and this one has applied the correct points (950 bonus points) so it looks like they may have fixed it.

      Weird they don't state the face values. $200 Ikea GC was included last time at WW.

      I haven't received points from buying GCs on flybuys websites too. Its always slow for flybuys points to arrive.

    Seems like someone at Flybuys/Coles needs a maths lesson, they've assigned 20 points per card purchased instead of 20x points per original earn. They subtract one point as it is incorrectly assumed that was the original earn. So everyone is getting 19 bonus points per card bought, plus their base points which are correct at 1 per $1.
    Eg you buy five cards at $200 your standard base points are correctly awarded at 1,000, but you only get 95 bonus points (5 X 19), instead of 19,000.
    Assuming once they figure it out they'll do the right thing and fix it.

      I tried live chat too after 30 minutes was told to contact support as chat cannot help. Support email is [email protected]. Send them your issue details along with flybuys number and receipts. I didn't send receipts as they can see the spend and gift card promotion point wrongly credited. They act like first time they have heard of any problem.

      That is surprising, I had the total opposite, I told whoever I was chatting with that I was missing points and explained to them and within 2 minutes they said they just credited me the points and to expect them to land tomorrow. Must depend on who you get then.

        Human - asked me what's your FB number, what's your name, DOB, issue, etc etc
        Right after I sent all that, came the response: send all that again to memberhelp@

        How some people make a living by offering FA often astounds me. To any CEO looking at cost cutting: start by examining the chat logs and then fire those useless service agents that just passes the matter along.

      Yup all family members' missing points and now our transactions have come through. They short changed me 19 points, I think I'll let that one slide haha.. glad it didn't take them any longer!

        Isn't the 19 points what came with the original transaction.

        For one of my $200 GCs I got 200 normal points and 19 bonus. This morning the correct amount of missing 3781 points arrived.

          Yeah I'd added those original bonus points given, for me it was 95 one day and 57 the next (purchased 8 $200 cards total). Received in total 31981 instead of 32000. But we're literally talking about less than 10c here ;)
