First time poster, thought I would post this before everyone purchased the speakers for $69.

Speaker price is $35 with the following shipping prices from Austin Computers:

    Mine keeps saying $35 with $35 delivery, total $71.40 (with CC surcharge) Must be a glitch

    Might just have to bluff the price match…

    Awsome deal, i want to buy one. The thing is that shipping is $35 minimum from that site, so even though the shipping is only $10 for that item, you still have to pay $35 for your order. So it's really only worth it if you buy 3 units and get some friends/family who want one too. 3 units will still incur a $35 shipping fee. $10.80 x 3 is $32.40, so you've used up most of your $35 shipping minimum.

    Otherwise, as mentioned above, go into Officeworks and bluff the price match. I think you've got a good chance, because it does appear to only be the $10.80. I'm going to try on Sunday.

    Please edit the title and description to reflect the proper shipping costs.

      Wouldn't it be easier for kettch to post up his/her Officeworks receipt to those that are interested in the deal?
      You can then try at your local Officeworks and see if they match their own prices :D

    Can someone who has got this, can you tell me if i can plug a 3.5mm device (mp3 player, mobile phone) into the speakers for music playback? Obviously you will need to plug the speakers into a power point using a USB powerpoint adapter (i've got one with my BT headset, and digital camera).

    Is this possible? I know there's a 3.5mm jack on the speakers, but i'm not sure whether that's for input or output. Is it for headphones, or line in?

    The 3.5mm jack on speakers basically is an output, usually for headphones. When used, it 'usually' mute the speakers and outputs the sound to the headphones.

    I went to Austin in Rockingham this afternoon. They said to buy in store is $50.00. I said thanks, but no thanks. I live two minutes from the store and they want to charge $22.00 delivery (more than half of cost of item) which makes item $57.00… Will hold out for a deal from LogitechShop. Still have Z-4's in box that I got from the Officeworks deal ($67.00) a few weeks ago. I want speakers without a subwoofer.

    Went in to my local OW, that had the Z-5 on display, with a price tag of $159, LOL. They had no stock though. They said there was another one fairly close that had stock. I will check that out this week.
    I can see the guy's jaw hitting the ground when i say i want to price match for $35 + $10 post. $159, what a rip.
