How to claim
To claim, claimants must:

(a) during the relevant Promotional Period, make a Qualifying Purchase;

(b) fully complete the claim form found at www.zyrtec.com.au or at a participating Chemist Warehouse pharmacy by entering all required details including first name, surname, Australian residential street address (PO Box address not permitted), telephone contact number, email address, the last four digits of your product barcode and full receipt number; and

(c) send a copy of the claim form together with a copy of the receipt from the Qualifying Purchase to Zyrtec Cash Back, Johnson & Johnson Paci c Locked Bag 5 Broadway NSW 2007.

Limit on claims

  • Claims must be received by the Promoter by 11.59pm (Sydney time) on 12/04/2016.
  • Only one claim is permitted per household (based on residential address) during the Promotional Period. Multiple claims on the same Qualifying Purchase are not permitted.
  • Claimants must retain their original purchase receipts to verify their claim.

Cashback details
Each valid claim received within the Promotional Period will receive a gift of $6.00/$4.00/$3.00. The gift will be provided to the claimant in the form of a money order, payable to the claimant named on the claim form. Money orders must be deposited by claimants into their bank accounts or cashed by the claimant within ninety (90) days of the issue date. In the event that, for any reason, a claimant does not cash the money order within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the money order will be forfeited by the claimant.

    • Where have you found the generic cheaper than $40 for 70 tablets? The stores around charge that for the 60 pack of generic

    • I got 70 tabs of the Chemist Own brand for $30.50 yesterday and this was the normal price.
