  On the homepage it says they will help you pack the first box for free, whereas op and the link he provided make no mention of whether it's only the first box or all boxes.

  Warning: Many of these places jack the prices in year 2, because they know 3/4 of you with storage boxes are hoarders who can't throw things out, plus once it's in there, it's out of sight out of mind.
  Gumtree, Ebay, Friends, Family, Salvos, rubbish bin. Try those first.

  Oh and I'm no angel, my house is full of junk but I never reached storage box levels, I'm too tight.
