  Tried to buy a full priced baby car seat using the 20% off code…no good. Children's car seats run on electricity these days do they?

      Thanks Captain. They aren't on the exclusion list either. Making the 20% offer somewhat misleading at best.

        They're not on the inclusion list of clothing and homewares though. Car seats aren't a homeware and you can't wear it.

        Not specifically included and not specifically excluded in the fine print = misleading. Furthermore, the 20% off banner was displayed at the top of the car seats page, adding to the misrepresentation. (BTW I'm not blaming you at all for this, it is entirely Target).
