        I Ordered one if these tablets and it just arrived on Friday afternoon, and discovered this morning (after buying a $60 Vodafone 12 month prepaid SIM) that it was locked…but I contacted the seller and they offered to re-imburse me for the unlock code, and will transfer NZD$10 back to my account (and I told them I had just paid AUD$5.23 for an unlock code).

        Yes, it's annoying that it wasn't unlocked, but the seller has been very reasonable in rectifying the situation, so I think they deserve a pat on the back…

    Go to eBay.com (no .au) and type in "Unlock code LG G Pad" or similar. For less than $10AUD, there are many choices.

    Just unlock with ebay code and claim the money back through CC.

    Also are you saying this is a deal breaker paying an extra $5.50?

      Well if it was LOCKED to AT&T and there was no way of unlocking via AT&T they should have said so. $5.50 isn't going to break the deal.

  Does anyone know how to get the lollipop update? Mine's stuck on KitKat 4.4.2, and says it's up to date on both the phone and LG PC Suite..

    I think you need to on AT&T to get the OTA update (could be wrong) The only other way is to install something like Cyanogen. I'm leaving it alone os 4.4 seems fine for this thing.

  Has anyone else received their tablet and found the 3.5mm headphone jack is "missing"?
  As in, the 3.5mm opening is there on the chassis but the actual module is not inside, therefore none of your ear/headphones will plug in properly?
  I've emailed 1-Day to get this resolved but curious to see if I'm the only one with this issue.

  Received mine - network locked and missing headphone jack!

  Not happy!

  EDIT: Headphone jack works - need to push in a little harder than normal

    i don't want to try it (love knock on and don't want to screw my device) but try this:
    -download the QuickShortcutMaker app
    -search for knockON (should come under settings)
    -make a shortcut to knockON or just toggle it from that app
    -turn it off from said shortcut or the app itself

    nice and slim, doesn't sit flat on top but no harm there. It has a magnet for keeping shut. Just got it because I wanted to try a non-generic case that I would've got off ebay.
