Aldi has 4L goon for about $9 normally. Which is just a little more expensive than this. Can not comment on which one is less horrible.
Good price. However, the last time I sort of got a bad batch where the grape matter and the alcohol appears to have separated, so taste wise, was not good.
All depends on you taste, financial situation.
Being married with 3 kids I can't afford to have an expensive wine taste.
That being said the Berri Fresh Dry white is comparable to any $10-15 bottle of wine I ever drank.
After all as the old saying goes 'As long as it makes my head go funny who cares'.
Also, occasional you can get small holes in the cask which will male it taste funny, just return it for a full refund. I have done this twice in 4 years.Yes, have tried that before and it was quite nice. We usually have the Lambrusco Red though.
