          Both discounts were on the one Flybuys account. When prompted to use it at the checkout I selected yes for both.

            One finishes this week and the other at the end of the month.

      Its just a show they put on.They increase the price of everything by 50 cents and then they will recover 10 times the money.

        Increase by 50% themke 10% discount, then increase by 50% again, so the customer ends up with the discounted price higher than was the initial non-discounted price.

          No the min spend is before the discount.

          Found out by accident last week. Ended up below minimum due to 10% discount but it still said had completed week 1 on the receipt.

    Stock up on specials eg catfood when 2.5kg is 2 for $30 rather than $26.80 each Coles Dark Roast 1kg ground coffee $13 everyday beats Lavazza etc in taste and non-bitterness hands down

        COLES staff couldn't care less even showing them the offer they had zero interest in assisting. Same thing happened to me with >$400 in the trolley, had to go pay then go through flybuys to get my 10% back. Might have dropped a note to ACCC too.

    I got the 10% offer, no minimum spend…but Coles promo's are a shit show and hardly ever work. Foodland and Aldi were cheaper for what I needed anyway.

    Not sure how their algorithm will process that? Maybe I'll get a better offer.

    Need a i'll use it when you have something not 15% more" option.

      same. Nothing on either of our accounts, although at least my husband has the spend $50 for 4 weeks get 10,000 points….unfortunately the shop was done on Monday and then on Wed there was a bonus 2000 points on a $60 spend (so in effect if you spent $60 instead of $50, then the $10 extra would be effectively free)…..bugger! I knew that was going to happen……should have held off the shop for a few more days

      I used it in store. There was no pop-up; it just automatically applied when I went to the payment screen.
