      saw it on slickdeals - was this link on amazon, but price has gone back to normal.

  the Seagate Central 4tb NAS shipped from pclan for 150 bucks was better than this one, but that might be out of stock now

    You can't really compare a slow crappy NAS drive to a nice fast drive so directly on price alone.

      you have no idea what you're talking about. it wasn't a NAS drive, it was a NAS! with a 4tb seagate in it for $140 from PcLan

        But still, mypoint stands. You're comparing a whole NAS to an internal hard drive?

        It would be like coming into a SSD bargain and posting that a hard disk has a lower cost per GB.
