What is Quick Charge 2.0 and VoltIQ?

Tests have shown that a 3500mAh battery can be charged from 0% to 60% in only 30 minutes for any compatible device using Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0 technology.

The charger also utilise a technology called VoltIQ that is able to detect the charging protocol used in the device to provide the fastest possible charge without the risk overheating, overcharging, short circuiting etc. This is useful for any device that does not support Quick Charge 2.0.     • Processing is stated at 3-7 days. There is a large volume of orders that need to be fulfilled world wide. It won't be much longer.

      TNT gives you faster shipping. 3-5 days delivery compared to 3-4 weeks.

          Understandable. Had you held off you would have missed out as there will be no more stock on the AU version, so that's a plus I suppose.

    I ordered this on the 20th, and I went off on the easter holidays thinking it'd arrive this week (got the TNT shipping), still Listed as "Payment Confirmed (processing) this monday, so I emailed them that night, and they got back to me today saying "Production had stopped" and offered an upgrade to "364014" which turns out to be some sort of android TV. Im pretty much gonna cancel my order, I'd better get a full refund!

      Yep the version with the AU figure 8 cable went out of stock. You can ask to swap it for another one or a refund. Let me know if you have any further trouble and I'll make sure it gets sorted.

      • Ok! After a email or two it seems to have been sorted out! It helped I quoted the item number for the Charger with the EU Plug 347223 and they said they changed the order to that! So.. hopefully that settles that :)

      I bought this on the 19th and havent heard a thing from them yet. No cancellation yet like KaiAdin did above.

      I got the AU plug too, im wondering if it will come or if theyve just taken the money and done a runner.

      Paid for 3-5 day shipping, pity its been nearly 2 weeks with no contact and no reply to email.

      I wont use geekbuying again, serves me right for buying something cheap online i guess…

        Definitely not. There have been tens of thousands of successful orders with Geekbuying on Ozbargain.

        Paid for 3-5 day shipping, pity its been nearly 2 weeks with no contact and no reply to email.

        3-5 day shipping does not include processing, but that's still a long time.

        Paypal reversal here we come :(

        You should always contact the seller (or rep) before doing a 30 day long PP dispute.

          i know its not your fault but its pretty crappy to take someones money, then wait a few weeks and then say they cant send you whatever it was you bought.

          if there wasnt enough stock then dont allow customers to buy more than you have in stock?

          and if you do realise you oversold the product then do a payment reversal in a day or so when you realise you oversold

          dont ignore emails and leave people waiting weeks and then offer them an android tv instead of the charger they wanted

  • If it's just a figure 8 cord, Office works has them for $4.48 (masters is $10.65 for same brand so probably can get $10% price beat)

    It's now the 8th business day and my order is still "processing"

    Really unimpressed with this company for my first purchase. It seems they are too big for their boots, taking too many orders and can't process them or even contact customers who have paid and received nothing for 11 days (total days).

    "+" removed, unfortunately I can't neg this.

    It's not our problem that you are processing "a large volume of worldwide orders" in fact that just sounds like bragging..

    How about providing a decent service?

        • @Clear: Thanks for your efforts. Unfortunately even with very simple English (even pictures to illustrate the problem) the message does not go through. It starts to be funny just how bad they are. I am getting replies that absolutely do not make sense. They're not making the slightest effort just to understand the email and/or chats. Lots of wrong assumptions. Just send me 2 Australian figure 8 plugs. They are currently selling them on the website.

    I don't get it. So i ordered one of this 19th March (exactly same deal/link), got an email 30th March (after sending a ticket) from geekbuying saying it has stopped production and no refund was offered (even chose TNT 3-5 days delivery). Now, it is miraculously back in stock? Anyone else having similar issues?

    • Yep me and a few others from the comments up there,I too also ordered on the 20th of March. I've emailed them yesterday asking for a UK plug (I have a few fig 8 AU plugs at home anyway) and they said they'd ship it like that, so now…. I'm just waiting to get a shipping confirmation and such.

      Asked for a refund.

      • It's a standard figure 8 cable. Refund is still fine.

        • The lack of communications contributed to a request for a refund. Now that I know it is a standard figure 8, refunding was sort of unnecessary. But meh, too much effort to ring up again to change it. I'll wait for a local distributor.

    Bought AU plug. Not happy. Purchased on 19/3 and order status is still on Payment Confirmed (Processing). Emailed customer service about it almost a week ago and no response.

  • arrived today so it was 14 days from order to arrival , was expecting 30 days.

    it came with a travel adapter to AU which sags and goes intermittent on the power point on the wall once stacked with the EU cable …..so will need to get an AU fig 8 power cord ….. another $5.
