      • I did a firmware update after the original post and the speed is alot better inside the house in various corners but still poor in the adjacent self detached room. Main house Double brick with tiled roof. Standalone room Brick Veener. Seems that everything struggles to exit the house !!

Been testing with Wifi Sweet spots and it fluctuates between 0 and 11Mb/s which is same as what Fritz box did

        • Check in the management software what channel it's getting. It should be forcing it to 5Ghz if possible for better speed, if your device supports it.

Other than that, maybe look at the LR units - they give better coverage.

        • @ryang: 5ghz won't like going through 3 layers of brick. I'd force 2.4ghz out there if possible. Maybe set a separate said for 2.4ghz

  • Well this is awesome.

I had my AP addressed to my Aus Post Parcel locker and these guys couldn't work out how to address it so they decided to leave off all the parcel locker info and send it anyway rather than check with me. So it was sent addressed to my name at the local shopping centre. Real smart. I got no tracking info and because it's essentially not my address at all they sent it to I didn't get the little card to say I had a parcel waiting. I get to show up tomorrow after work and see if the Post Office there will release it to me without the card or any proof I'm the dude it's supposed to go to other than my name.

Emailed the store and they seem not interested at all to try and rectify. Just tell me that it's ready to pick up blah blah. Spent the first few emails telling me I addressed it wrong. Ugh. Annoying this is it's not even all that much cheaper than Scorptec or other sellers I've dealt with and had great service from.

    • Hi,
As suggested by email a couple of times, Have you tried collecting it from the post office? We can only rectify when you help us and try and get it rectified.
If you could try and pickup, let us know whether they allow you or not. If not then we can organize the delivery to be returned to us and resend you the item with correct shipment details.
      Apologies and hope this helps.
      regards,

      • Mate, I have it delivered to a parcel locker because it's very hard to get to a post office during their business hours. If I can get out off work early enough today I'll attempt to pick it up.

It's not very helpful when you screw up the address, blame me for it and just repeat that I try to pick it up to correct for your error at the expense of my own time.

    • I also got a notification from the post office saying that my parcel locker number wasn't on it, and I have to pick it up over the counter. Which is kind of awkward, as I use a parce locker because I can't get to the post office during business hours due to the hours I work.

So basically I'll be late to work today to go get it, and just hope the boss isn't too mad. :(

      • it all makes sense now as we have 2 address column that says Street Address 1: and Street Address 2:
and if you put Parcel post on address 1 and physical address on Street Address 2:, they are behaved as 2 separate addresses and not 1.
        Please accept my apology.

        • Thanks for the explanation. I hope you get this bug sorted before I want to make another order. :)
