I've been searching for a new phone for my dad and found this.
It says the phone is Australian branded stock but not locked to any carrier, for an extra $70 you can get unbranded and unlocked stock.

They also have other colours, just look through their stock. They also have local pick up so if your in melbourne it'll save you shipping.
Cheaper than purchasing from jb hifi, good guys or hardly normal.
Better value to get a grey import, save hundreds.
But no Samsung warranty.

think I will be waiting until Ebay has another 20% off and Kogan are included. that's how I got my S5 cheap …… Australian / international model from Korea where they make the stuff.

It's $1069 for the unbranded version. It's still $999 if you don't mind it carrier branded
Meaning it will have carrier software on it. Eg telstras apps etc that can't be uninstaller. plus you need to wait for carrier specific firmware updates.
