Hi,

I published this a while ago and it got banned as spam and wanted to make it right.

The link to the airline is this: http://www.qatarairways.com/global/en/homepage.page
And the dates I found are this: 10th May - 2nd of June

If you go to Skyscanner, as somebody mentioned before, you can get a cheaper price $49 less, but it redirects you to a third party that has its prices listed in GBP, so once you are paying they will recalculate the price to AUD and you will have to pay for the exchange. I did check this and I preferred to list the airlines prices directly in AUD because I find it more reliable. I actually do this to avoid bad surprises for people.

Also people were saying, some not in a very nice way, that this cannot be the cheapest flight to Europe but at least from Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney I have found nothing better till November.

Cheers,

Eva

Sorry, this is not the best price, refer below:

The prices are in AUD, for the same dates, route & airline you posted in the OP.

Skyscanner really isn't hard to use, this took me less than a minute to find.

Hi, can you please tell me which skyscanner did you use??? Cause on .net they do provide Go to Gate with the details I gave.
      Thanks a lot

The Australian portal - dot com dot au - but regardless of which portal you use, the option to select your preferred currency exists.

Also, I would suggest you browse for airfares (or anything really where price is a factor) in private/incognito mode, to prevent websites using cookies against you.

    • Bestjet charge the following:

      Additional fees
Visa & Mastercard Credit Card Surcharge: 1.9%
      Diners Club: 3.5%
      American Express Surcharge: 3.5%

So the final price, for example, with an AMEX (useful for included travel insurance) is $1,192.40

However, note there is 2% cashback via CashRewards for booking directly.

So 2% of $1217.71 is $24.35 bringing the final price if booking directly to $1193.36. So pretty close. I'd pay the extra $.94 to book direct. :)

    • Thanks for the skyskanner tip! Searching for rental cars in Greece and it's showing up as half the price of what I can get out of expedia!

Shouldn't this get unpublished as a duplicate then?

    • Original was removed (lots of things to fix). No duplicate.
