Been active since 23rd of February but just noticed it in an email from Accor today. Unfortunately it's only for 18-26 year old's and only in select destinations so not for everyone, but their seems to be some great deals available. The $23 -$54 is per person so double that if its just you travelling.

Example is the ibis Paris Gare du Nord la Fayette 10th. A Standard Room with Double Bed 1 large bed on the 9th July in only $90.53. The next cheapest rate on the site for the same room is $457.47.

  Holiday inn expresss is quite cheap in europe @60/80 euro a night (rack rate not online) for up to 2 adults.if you dont qualify for this.
