        What kind of charger to you use to recharge your power bank?
        Have you tried a 5V/2A tablet wall charger?
        It might take a whole day to fully recharge it depending on the charger you use.

          Yeah I left it on overnight and all day and the 2nd light just flashes and never goes to the 3rd and 4th lights… it used to go all the way. I use a Samsung phone charger. I'll try another charger and if no good will write to your support staff. TY

      I received my Xiaomi 10000mAh Power Bank from Banggood today after buying it (with tracking) on 04 April (15 days ago). While this Mushtato deal is ~30% more expensive ($19.78 Banggood deal) but I'd still prefer a local dealer in case of problems and for faster delivery.

      Another observation - I was hoping to carry the power bank in my shirt pocket when I am out of the office but I think it is too heavy to do that. It might even be too heavy for my suit jacket pocket.

        Cheers, thank you! I can't recommend Xioami powerbanks high enough! My original Xioami 10400 has been very reliable over the last year and a half. It's been camping, to New Zealand and back, on road trips, etc. It saved my phone and tablet so many times. It charges any brand of phone/tablet/camera I throw at it, and I use it to charge my AA/AAA batteries when camping. Mr Reliable haha. The aluminium certainly has a few war wounds too. I hope the new 10000 and 20000 are good replacements/upgrades.

      The Xiaomi 20000mAh Power Bank supports input QC2.0 only.
      That means you can recharge this item a lot faster.
      For output, maximum output to other devices is 5.0V and 2.0A on each USB port.
      5.0V and 3.6A total if both USB ports are in use.

    Basic question I know. I have android phones but never Samsung.

    I want to buy this as a gift for someone with Samsung phone. My xiaomi 10000 has a cable that fits my Sony and HTC. Samsung has an odd connector though. Does this come with the suitable cable.?

      You can use it to recharge the power bank or to charge up Android devices.
      They will work with Samsung devices as well :)

      Bypass charging is allowed for this item.
      But not recommended as the item will be constantly switching between charging and discharging.
      That will shorten its life span.

    How long do these hold charge for after you fully charge them? I would probably only use it once every couple of months when I go away.

      We don't have an exact answer for this question as we've never tested it that way.
      However, the stock from the factory was 50% full.
      Calculating the time it got shipped then stored in Xiaomi's warehouse, customers still got 1 or 2 LED (25-50%) when they receive it.
      That's 1-3 months or more.
      So we can say it can hold charge for quite a long time.
