No one has posted this yet, but thought may as well. Subway have brought back their $7 subs plus if you log in your Subway account there is a free cookie waiting to be redeemed (expires 24th April).

      yeah the kfc stacker combo is still $8.95 with the free chips drink feedback offer ….. but that's a lot of chicken and they will swap chips for salad.

      You can probably till get a free cookie by filling out a survey online, which gives a free cookie voucher at your selected store.

      So a 75 cent saving. Why does this have nearly 100 votes?
      It's not that good of a deal.
      I bet it's because the deal doesn't say clearly it's only for the low end range of subs out of the 4 tiers.

    I got this yesterday, and then the cashier asked me "Do u want to get cookies and a small coke to make that a mealdeal?"… yeah sure ok. So i got 3 cookies and a small 390ml coke… $13 it came too. I asked her "How is that a good deal?" and she tried to justify it.. i paid the $13 and then told her. "You know, if i get a $7 sub, 3 cookies at $2.50 and a Large 600ml coke for the special price of $3, all individually! I'm still better off than the shitty deal i just paid for.. please think about that". Ruined my day.

      Why didn't you tell her that before paying or ask how much it was or you know, don't get it? She was just doing her job and sounds like she did it well!

        It was one of those too little too late circumstances. I was tapping my card while explaining to her and there was a huge queue out the door waiting for their order who i didnt want to hold up. I didnt want to ruin her day by making her get her manager to undo the order. Easier to pay and be sure I order it all seperately next time instead of in a meal.

      Perhaps you should have asked for 3 cookies and a coke separately instead of abusing the cashier. The school drop out is only trying to do her job.

        I wasn't abusing her at all. I paid for the meal because there we're others waiting in line and I didn't want to bother her with the ordeal of getting her manager to back out of the transaction. The way I said it was in no means abusive towards the cashier and in fact I couldnt have been much nicer about it without buying the entire shop. Come to think of it she looked quite pleased that i worked it out for her.

      FYI Subway makes all their money in drinks and meal deal sales. If you want to ozbargain it, buy just a sub and get your drink elsewhere.

    So… I was in Manly with multiple buses going past advertising $7 subs in massive writing. Then I go to a Subway restaurant 40 metres away and am greeted with "uhh…. we're not participating in this promotion". wtf.

    The deals on their club are getting quite good, keep getting that one where it is buy any 6 inch with any drink get a free upgrade to footlong so I have been getting the wagyu beef footlong for under price with a small drink free.

    Currently my deals are free cookies, 600ml Cokes and (ongoing) $1 Coffees
