    Omg that sucks! This is why i was so bummed about not being able to pick up my S7. All the good guys stores around me were listed as having no stock so i had to go with delivery instead. Now im stuck with an invoice that says 'ebay delivery' at the bottom… my claim still says 'in progress' so im anxiously waiting :(

      Had I seen this thread before I submitted my receipt, I would have just blanked out all
      references to Ebay before I scanned it. Oh Well.

      Not sure I can fight this fight on semantics. Bing Lee refused to issue a new receipt.
      Gotta just suck it up.

        @Draxxx: yeah TGG listed two items on the docket. One was the handset for $1127 and the second was 'ebay delivery' which cost $8. Im assuming that had i picked it up at a store then it wouldnt mention ebay at all :)

    Maybe you can email them for an explanation of why your claim was rejected? There may be some other reason.
