  • Tried adding https://www.hippoblue.com.au/standard-name-labels.html to cart and it charged me normal price $19.95. Did I choose a wrong label?

Yeah, but this deal is for all letters which I don't think you mentioned in your lost initially

I'm not going to argue. It is the same deal, they've changed the terms and extended the duration of deal, which I've now updated.

OzB is about sharing deals not a popularity contest.

You're credited in the OP, got loads of votes for your deal but still whining. Might be time to look for a deal on Kleenex.

          @OzBragain:

Look, I said I wasn't going to argue, but before you get on your high horse and being sarcastic, the original post did not highlight the deal I put up. The amended one by JSQUARED did. I don't mind that there is another post, I don't care about any popularity contest.

Here, to prove a point, I'll even pos vote it. I just don't appreciate your snarkiness.

…and 6+ hours after the description was updated you were crying about having posted a similar deal a month ago.

I just don't appreciate your snarkiness

Yeah..well…I don't appreciate adults carrying on like spoilt 4 year olds but I'll get over it. Hope you can too

    Paypal is working

    • Paypal and Google Chrome worked fine for me too.

      Thanks OP for the deal!

how do these labels compared to the ones you get for free from Woolies (on occasion) when buying select products?

    • +1

I find the design to be more fun for kids. It's been in the dishwasher a few times and it still looks like new - didn't peel or discolour yet.

Never got my voucher. Missed my child's day. But they got me on their mailing list. shrug

    • Why not try again?

      • I should do that. I should also stop commenting on Ozbargain. Not worth the effort.

By the way when I did sign up I received an email with my USERNAME AND PASSWORD sent in the clear. There is no excuse for companies doing this in 2016. Thank goodness I don't reuse passwords. I doubt they've fixed that in the couple of weeks since.

    Thanks OP

In the email received, it said that Paypal doesn't work through Chrome… But worked a treat for me

Paid by Amex (through Paypal), an extra 4.5 Qantas FF points coming my way now!

    The title should be:
Pack of 32 Personalised Name Labels $2.99 Delivered @ Hippo Blue

The use of "FREE" in all caps no less is misleading.

  • All good. Thank you. OP

  • Thanks OP. anyone got these before? seems like i am getting 16 each of 2 types - is that correct? was hoping for more than just 2 types.

Just got one. Thank you OP

    Cheers OP!! Good find mate.

Actual cost is $2 as I received mine in a normal sized envelope that cost $1 to send

    • You forgot about handling costs… It's an employee who fetches the labels from the printer and puts them in the envelope. Actual cost is $1.60

      • I didn't forget. I factored it in since they would be eligible for bulk postage rates
