They price match and at least on the freezer I just bought they were already $100 less than the next best price I could get - and they have free delivery to a non-metro area.
Obviously shop around but they do have some good deals….

I'd say so…I've never found appliances online particularly cheap…it sure is convenient though I'll give them that.

$20 off an item that is most likely already cheaper than anyone else is still a deal.
I recently needed to buy a washing machine after mine had died, found the cheapest price on the Samsung model was at Appliances Online by about $100 (compared to Betta, HN, Good guys, etc).
I noted on Ozbargain there was a previous deal in April with $20 off, and when I enquired with Appliances Online on Facebook, they advised me there was no code for May (was the 1st or 2nd day of May) and to call their customer contact no to discuss pricing. I did and they knocked another $30 off the (already cheapest) price around.
Free delivery and connection to me in Newcastle and also free disconnection/removal of my old appliance was also valuable and compared to other online resellers was worth about $80.
Was able to specify my preferred delivery date, received a reminder SMS the day before, a call on the day and they arrived on time for the 2 hour window given - delivery drivers were extremely polite and helpful.
Would definitely recommend and use them again.
I am not far from you, and I am getting free next day delivery, free connection and free removal of busted old appliance.

They delivered my Haier freezer on time this morning. It was fine.
However after they left I was carefully taking the sticky tape off the freezer door handle and the bloody paint on the handle came of with it.
Very disappointing as my 2 hour old freezer now looked damaged and crappy - so much for Haier!
Anyway I called Appliances Online and explained - I said I know it wasnt their fault but what could they do?
To my surprise and delight they said "No worries, we'll replace it with a brand new one tomorrow".
That is excellent service and I will be using them again, but unless things improve this will be the first and last time I buy a Haier!
Thanks for sharing OP - might be of use to someone who is 100% going to buy from appliancesonline, but at 4% discount it's not amazing tbh.
