      These special paints are water based, so if they did start to dry out, all you need to do is add some water, just like you would with Acrylic house paint. We have never had feedback on these paints drying out.
      I dont know what you mean about storing them safely, as they are non toxic, and suitable for use on children.
      Also these Fluro face and body paints have been used by some of the biggest international companies in the music industry.
      They are extremely popular at this present time, and are used by Night clubs, DJ's schools and raves.

    I'll give this a positive for offering a deal on an unusual product. Whilst not my cup of tea, it's good to see a bit of variety in the bargains submitted!
