  I have had 2 Jura machines in my time, and they're the most reliable machines I've ever used. The only reason I got rid of my first one was to get onto the pod coffee craze, which I'm now thankfully over. If you have more than 1 coffee a day, and like it a bit hotter than Nespresso machines, get one. You'll spend <1/2 price on beans (or more when you buy half price beans from Colesworth).
